[...] I just came back from Prudential Certified Agency Trainer(CAT) Program that held on early of April. There, about 100 quality agents(QA) including 10 from our agency attended the valuable course. The course mainly will giving QAs set of knowledge and skills about how to conduct training and giving presentation to new agents. We were learned a lot about training preparation, basic and proper steps about presentation. We have very good real life examples and proper steps like opening, ice breaking, hook, presentation body and closing. I will tell you the details in my next post.
