Launch of New Prudential Policy Document Look

Published on April 2, 2010 by in Prudential

I just received an email from chew.meng.mei@prudential.com.my that telling about launch of new policy look with snapshot of the images. Last year, I have posted an article about this thing. Here is the message.

Dear Wealth Managers/Quality Leaders, Wealth Planners/Quality Agents,

Exciting News!!

As our CEO, Charlie Oropeza previously announced, Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad will be launching a new and improved outlook for its policy document. Well, the time has now come! As mentioned earlier, the launch date of this new policy document outlook is on the 5th of April 2010. Again, this is a continous effort by the company to reinforce the message that we are “Always Listening, Always Understanding”. Please take note, that all policy documents received from the 5th of April onwards will come in this new look regardless of product type.

The new outlook of policy document comprises a jacket to house the policy document, slot to insert medical cards and also a pocket to insert loose items such as MHI Booklet and also endorsement slips in the future. The whole package of the policy document will come sealed in a plastic cover. Therefore, you will receive an aesthetically pleasing policy document to present to your respective policy holders.

We would also like to inform you that once this new outlook has been launched, all policy documents and endorsement slip will be in B5 size which slightly smaller compared to our current A4 size which would again make it easier for you to carry the policy documents around.

This is some images that comes with the email.
