I just wanted to have an announcement for my recent promotion and I want to show it in my blog. What I do is I write normal post and publish it. But the problem is I want the post to stick on my first and front page when users enter my main blog. By normal settting, it will show latest post. Thus the post that I made as annoucment will be on below of latest post.
I knew littlew bit the WordPress have static page setting that you can see it on Setting-> Reading. Again, I copied content of my annoucement and make it as page. Then I tried do the setting on Setting-> Reading. After some testing, I haven’t go what I want. I goggling some other option to do that. And, I found WP-Sticky plugin that works for me.
