Even though I have never once sent cards or flowers to my mum on Mother’s Day, I have always been extremely close to her. Personally, I believe, you don’t need to wait for a special day to show your mother how much you appreciate her. Just as she’s there for you every step of the way, you should show your affection likewise: celebrate her everyday of our lives, not just on arrival of May every year.
To a woman who has always been there for me and continue to light up our lives; to a woman whom I know would sacrifice everything just so her children can stay safe; a woman who has showered me with unconditional love from the time I was born, up until today. It comes tomorrow, but I’d like to tell you that, in my heart, it’s Mother’s Day everyday of the year. I love you deeply!
