Bad Auto debit form service on CIMB Bank

Yesterday, I brang one of my client to the bank to proceed takaful contribution deduction via auto debit method. She is CIMB Bank’s account holder and she wanted to do deduction for her two children’s education policies using it. But, we have bad experiences with the bank.
Firstly, we went to CIMB Bank Lumut branch that located about 10km from my client’s house. I was thinking the matter should be easy and faster to settle. We reached there about 10.15 AM. I approached one of customer service officer there then asking for auto debit form. She gave me the form. But, it was not the form that I wanted because the form is using Standing Instruction that the bank will charged RM5 per month for every transaction. I really don’t want the form because as far as I know th bank got another form that charged customer about RM1 for every transaction. After some talk, the officer said that the branch doesn’t have to form. If we want to get it, we have to go to another branch: Sitiawan branch which located about 25km from Lumut.
After discussing with my client, we were decided to go to Sitiawan branch to get and fill up the form. We reached there and I straighted went to customer service counter to ask for it. Do you know what happen? The branch also doesn’t have the such form! One of guy I believed was a bank worker explained to me that the auto debit forms are available only in branch that have FAs( financial advisors). So the FA usually using the form to proceed their customer that taking insurance. Branch without FA doesn’t have the form. Period.
I really not understand and not satisfied with services that given. Before, many of my friends telling they got problems with auto debit form from CIMB and I just take it for granted because I haven’t face it. After all, my client decided to using Maybank auto debit. Good bye for bad and suck service of CIMB Bank.
