2008AD / 1429H Simple Action Plan

After APW2008, I am still do planning and further planninng for this year. Honestly,I haven’t start yet put full effort in. production and recruitment. Now, I use my time for policy delivery, collection and settle pending cases.

I have allocated sometime to do very important and inevitable thing; write my Simple Action for this year. It will focussing on my business in term of production and recruitment, personal finance and lifestyle improvement.

My SBU; TM8 and I as individu already has some strategies to execute. Here are the details

1. Production
My stretch production goal for this is 400,000. With it, I achieved Star Club Challenge and qualified for Moscow free trip( when I am writing this thing, the trip destination is not announced yet and I just heard from my boss) . This is very high goal for me. And I believe I can fully achieve it. Looking on prformance history, I haven’t reach my goal even 200,000 level although my production has been increaced everyear.
Whatever is past became history and simply believe that past result doesn’t determine future success. With proper strategy, I can do it.

Strategy:
Blue Ocean Strategy. We have get a good blue ocean located in nothern. Last year, we have massive production from here. This year, we want spread out our empire by open an management office. Business insurance also will be sold there for many suppliers of maritime base. Over there, recruitment will running too.

Referral Selling
This is more on myself. I want to have more sales from referral because its easier and give more quality business. I read a book; No More Cold Calling from Joanne S. Black and its affected me a lot. I want to work the atTRACT process entirely and get spectacular result. I do believe referral selling is way to go in order to achieve my goal.

Red Ocean
Here in Klang Valley also we are open a booth to get contacts and sales. Beside that, I have many existing clients here and go futher for referrals, top ups and taking for other family members. Although, this market is going tougher and thougher. We have compete with it too.
2. Recruitment

I set this year goal to get 10 contracted agents and 5 of them are full time agents. I will proactively bring prospect agent to our GBOP every two weeks and increace recruitment activities. With them, my pace to become unit manager will get faster.

3. Lifestyle
My very soon target is to buy brand new car. This is very big improvement since I enter this business. This vehicle is very important towards get higher production and bring more recruit agents.
